Rick Holmes

CEO and Chief Member

Richard Holmes is a full time entrepreneur, father and CEO of Every Market Media. Prior to co-founding EMM in 2013, Rick led a rapidly growing sales organization that made the Inc 5000 list three times. His favorite part about his role at EMM is collaborating with other business innovators to explore emerging technologies. Outside of work he appreciates good BBQ, video games, science and the company of other people. He would like to remind you the cloud is just someone else’s computer.

ESTHER KRAUSE

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Esther comes from a veterinary background managing care at a Level 1 Trauma and Specialty Center in the Chicago area. As a newer addition to the EMM family, her favorite part about her role is being able to work with people in a more positive setting, as well as seeing the direct impact of the work we do at Every Market Media. When she's not working, Esther loves cooking, anything outdoors, reading, and spending time with her dogs and friends.

RESEARCH OPERATIONS

Alex brings a passion for research and IT to the Every Market Media team. His favorite things at work are analysis and providing technical support. At home, Alex likes to play video games, spend time with his wife and two young children, and wrestle their dogs, Seamus and Martin

EL CHAPO

While he won't win any brightest star competitions, Chapo does wonders for office morale. He joined the EMM family back in November, and is excellent at rooting our team members on as they accomplish their tasks. When he's not "working", Chapo likes to get into more mischief than one could possibly imagine and rip apart any toys he can get his little snaggle-tooth on.
